Future Legal is a fast-growing Will writing and estate planning firm serving Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. We are modernising the traditional approach to Wills by providing clear, professional and personal advice in person, online by video call or over the telephone.
We believe you should fully understand your Will and estate plan before making any decisions. Many of our clients have previously had Wills prepared without fully understanding the advice they received, which is why we never ask you to finalise your documents until you understand every detail and are completely satisfied with our service.

Future Legal are currently recruiting Estate Planning Consultants to represent us in a number of areas to support our ongoing growth. However, we also welcome with open doors new candidates whose wishes are to learn about the estate planning industry.

Job Role
As Estate Planning Consultants you will be expected to represent Future Legal, we would like you to both grow with us and help us grow.
We would like you too:
- Attend appointments arranged by our head office team which will help generate appointments for you.
- We also require you to self-generate appointments for yourself too.
- Market the company’s services.
- Carry out Future Legal code of conduct with a professional and excellent customer service.
- Always maintain professional and friendly relationships with clients and potential introducers.
Regardless if you are already an estate planner, financial adviser or become our own Future Legal estate planner, we will take you through our Future Legal estate planning course ending with an exam. If passing, we then ask you to shadow our consultants and encourage role-play until we believe you are ready to represent us with our first class service. However, you will always receive ongoing training, guidance and support throughout your career at Future.
If you are accepted to be one of our own you will become an affiliate member of the Society of Will Writers.
